
Lower back pain cheat sheet
If you haven’t been to the gym very much the back pain workouts you have access to can seem a bit confusing. Here is your cheat sheet, with video examples, recommendations of how hard to push yourself.
The main thing you need to understand is RPE stands for Rate of Perceived Exertion (how hard to work).
So RPE 5/10 means work 50% as hard as you can.
